Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak holiday season or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Holiday orders
To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible. During the holiday season, carrier volumes are high and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Protection
At checkout, you can add Shipping Protection to your order. If your protected package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

If you did not add Shipping Protection and your package is lost or damaged, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

If your tracking shows
